On Wednesday July13 we attended the 96th NAACP National Convention concert featuring BET’s ‘Best New Artist’ Award winner John Legend. We’ve been waiting on the opportunity to see him in concert. He preformed every song on his “Get Lifted” album. He even preformed the song “Refuge” featured on our wedding CD. To us he is one of the most talented artists around today.

Throughout our engagement, we planned the wedding and honeymoon of our dreams. We chose St. Lucia W.I. for its exotic and exciting destination…but we chose The Sandals Halcyon for its beauty and simplicity.

On May 28, 2005, just days away from the four-year anniversary of the day we met, we became husband and wife. Even through the threats of rain and eventual minutes of showers, our wedding day turned out to be absolutely beautiful! We want to especially thank all of our friends and family that made up our Wedding Party, as well as all of those who travelled from near and far to be a part of our very special day.

We are pleased and touched that so many people have cared enough to extend to us their best wishes, support and prayers throughout the planning and execution of our wedding celebration. In an effort to share our happiness and experiences with others, we have created this website. We do plan to update our website, from time to time, so please feel free to come back and visit.
